I. REFUND POLICY

No Refunds. Products that have been purchased cannot be refunded.

However, in our determination to achieve customer satisfaction, you may contact us for a refund or other issues at admin@onesimstore.com if you encounter any problems.

We will provide a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. If we conclude that the original payment was made fraudulently;

  2. If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch or any other error;

  3. If we issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time;

  4. If we determine a refund is necessary at our sole discretion, in accordance with our customer support staff.

II. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Our refund policies are straightforward. You can claim a refund by:

  • Sending us an email at ; or

  • Contacting our back-office team for any inquiry or problem. We are happy to assist you.

  • If for any reason our back-office staff confirms a refund, it will be processed accordingly.

III. UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

If an order is placed through unethical means, by taking advantage of a technical glitch, or by misusing the offer terms, guidelines, or codes, the particular order(s) will be canceled, and OneSim Store will not be liable to pay any refund in all such cases.

IV. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method once it has been processed.

V. REFUND CYCLE

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
